Artist’s Biography

Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Elizabeth Copan is a graduate of The Cleveland Institute of Art where she earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Ceramics with a minor in Photography. 
Her unique combination of ceramics, photography, and printmaking has received critical acclaim from artists and galleries across the United States, including Garth Clark and Mark Del Vecchio in New York City.  
She is currently studying the psychological effect that image culture has upon our body perception, and expanding upon that realm through contemporary ceramics.
